1. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all Schmuckstory jewelry is made with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Our pieces are inspected carefully before shipping to ensure they meet our strict standards. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly offer you a replacement or a full refund.

 

2. Coverage

 

Our guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects: If your jewelry has a defect that occurred during the manufacturing process, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

  • Damaged during shipping: If your item is damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement.

 

3. Exclusions

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Wear and tear: Normal wear and tear over time (such as scratches, discoloration, or changes in appearance due to frequent use) is not covered under the guarantee.

  • Misuse or neglect: Damage caused by improper care, mishandling, or neglect (such as exposure to harsh chemicals, water, or physical impact) is not covered.

  • Personalized items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is only covered if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival, as these items are tailored specifically for you.

 

4. Warranty Period

Our standard warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. After this period, repairs or replacements may be subject to additional costs.

 

5. How to Claim a Guarantee

 

If you believe your jewelry is covered by our guarantee, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@schmuckstory.ch with the following details:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos of the item showing the defect or damage

  • Return Instructions: Once we receive your claim, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, along with any packaging if applicable.

 

6. Refunds and Replacements

 

If your item qualifies for a guarantee claim, we will either:

  • Replace the item if it is defective or damaged beyond repair.

  • Refund your purchase if we are unable to repair or replace the item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
